She is survived by: her daughters, Władysława Wąchała (Jan), Józefa Kapłon (late Jan), Barbara Kulasza (Aleksander) and Danuta Kulasik (Krzysztof); her grandchildren, Agnieszka Kulasza, Michał Kapłon, Anna Kulasik and Monika Kulasik; her great grandchildren, Ola, Szymon and Marysia Kulasza; and her sisters, Maria Klimek (Józef) and Bronisława Forenda (Władysław).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Michaels Funeral Home & Cremation Care (800 S Roselle Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60193). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the same location.
