He is survived by: his wife Susan Summers (Crocker); his children, Lee Michael Summers (Becky) of Columbus, IN and Kimberly Kristen Summers of Sesser; his grandchildren, Cade Summers, Adalyn Summers, Brant Summers and Sophia Lewis; and his siblings, Charlotte Huntman (Mike) of Mt Vernon and Doug Summers (Angie) of Nason.
