He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Billings and James O. Billings; and his siblings, James A. Billings and Patricia L. Kieras. He is survived by: his sons, Blake and Bryan Billings; his nieces, Jennifer Finnegan, Jamie Billings and Jessica Boydston; his nephew James E. Billings; and his sister-in-law Jacqueline Billings.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Richie's Restaurant & Sports Lounge (9812 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60656).
