He was predeceased by: his wife Regina Hays. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Hays and John Hays; and his brothers, Tony Hays, Ricky Grey, Ronnie Hays, Gary Hays, Gregory Hays, Danny Hays, Perry Hays and Sammy Hays. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
