He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Frank and Bert Frank; and his wife Irene Anne Kelly Frank. He is survived by: his children, Lawrence (Annette), Christine (Gregory), Mark (Constance), Kelly (Michelle) and Natalie (William). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Luke's Catholic Church (7600 W Lake St, Melrose Park, IL 60160).
