He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ziegler and Joyce Ziegler (Jentz). He is survived by: his wife Amy Ziegler; his children, Sarah Munoz (Carlos), Rachel Schellhaas (Cory) and Nathan Funte; his grandchildren, Samuel, Benjamin, Jade, Isaac, Eli, Edwin and Ethan; and his sisters, Lynn Naniot (Roger) and Sherry Murphy (Tim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Osborne-Nelson Funeral Home (135 E Lincoln St, Seneca, IL 61360). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in his honor may be directed to the family.
