He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Phelan and Margaret Phelan (Leake); and his siblings, Mary Kruger and Mark Phelan. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Phelan (Odum) of Seneca; his son Jeremy Green (Shelley) of Ransom; and his brother Matt Phelan (Becki) of Braidwood. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
