She was predeceased by: her parents, William Green and Elaine Green (Jessen); her son Emil III; and her brother Billy Green. She is survived by: her husband Pete; her children, Matthew and Mallory Petersen; and her siblings, Terry Green (Pam), Donald Green, Sue McMichael and Debbie Schunkie.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ottawa Funeral Home (1111 La Salle St, Ottawa, IL 61350). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family to be distributed to charities that were important to Kathleen.
