With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn Morris of Sesser, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Marilyn departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Marilyn may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Marilyn leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hall and Vada Hall (Marlow); her husband Randall Morris; her son Randall Duane Morris; her sister Carolyn Smith; her half-sister Margaret Fry; her brother Charles Hall; and her close friend Ray Eller.
She is survived by: her brother Lloyd Hall of Mt. Vernon. She is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Maple Hill Cemetery (16766 N Park St, Sesser, IL 62884).
