He is survived by : his wife Pat; his sister Billie Carpenter of DuQuoin; his children, James Boles (Julie) of Sesser, Yolanda Larew (Todd) of Newburg, WV, Shannon Boles (Minnie) of Waynesburg, PA, Brad Bradley (Cathy) of Murphysboro and Melinda Montgomery (Alan) of Salem; and his grandchildren, Brittany Larew, Savannah Boles, Seth Boles, Bill Bradley, Ashley Chandler (Lucian), Natasha Montgomery, Justin Montgomery (Megan), Mikaela Waring (Peter), Maci Montgomery, Meesha Montgomery, Makoa Montgomery, Micah Montgomery and Josiah Montgomery.
