As John departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved John. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alyn Miller and Norma Miller (Popp); and his brother David Miller. He is survived by: his brother Pat Miller (Jan) of Shannon; his sibling's children, Angie Dieterman (Brian Daws) and Troy Miller (Jamie); his great-niece Kylie Dieterman; and his great-nephews, Drew Dieterman and Carson Miller.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Bethel United Methodist Church (217 S Hickory St, Shannon, IL 61078). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial fund has been established.
