With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry Lee Lessman of Shannon, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 7, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lessman and Dorothy Lessman (Grimes); his wife Sharon Lessman (Schoonhoven) of Valentine's Day; his daughter Heather; his siblings, Gerald Lessman and Connie Giedd; his brother-in-law Verlyn Giedd; and his grandson Devan Lessman.

He is survived by: his sons, Lonnie Lessman (Cheryl) of Freeport, Chad Lessman (Barb) of Shannon and Troy Lessman (Donna) of Lake Carroll; his close friend Sharon Kurth; his sister-in-law Dora Lessman; his grandchildren, Kirsten Boyer (Jared), Kari Desai (Ishan), Kassidy Mulvaney (Glen), Shay Lessman (Molly), Kaden Lessman, Katrya Donath (Dereck), Lane Lessman, Reid Lessman (Devin), Logan Lessman and Gentry Lessman; and his great grandchildren, Sloane, Blakely, Callan, Kiann, Keya, Jack, Evelyn, Agnes, Graceyn, Emberlee, Elayna and Savannah.
