She is survived by: her husband Rick Cook; her children, Lisa Disher (Tom), Jeff Cook (Melissa Foster) and Rick Cook (Melanie Pehl); her grandchildren, Skyler Barncord (Jodie Knight), Caden Shurman, Bryce Cook, Aubree Cook, Jane Haak, Olivia Sutherland and Jamie Sutherland; her great grandchild Brecken; and her siblings, Connie Meador (Earl), Rita Miller, John Noordhoff (Deb) and Tom Noordhoff (Denise). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
