He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Toomsen and Emma Greenfield (Mildred). He is survived by: his wife Barb Toomsen of Shannon; his son Kevin Toomsen (Teresa) of Freeport, IL; his sister Arsetta Burkhardt (Joel) of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Fallon Westlund (Dan) of Elk Mound, WI and Micaela Woker (Chad) of Freeport, IL; and his great grandchildren, Ryker, Grady Westlund, Greenly, Brix and Dempsie Woker.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for Shannon Fire Department.
