He is survived by: his parents, Elizabeth Ann Head (Sutton) of Shawneetown, IL and David Head; his close friend Nichole Papineau of Shawneetown, IL; his sister Sarah Boots (Travis) of Marion, IL; his grandfather Billy Head of Shawneetown, IL; and his nieces, Corrie and Zoe Boots of Marion, IL. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
