He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Patton and Mabel Denton; and his wife Sharon Patton. He is survived by: his close friend Joyce Mitchell of Mt. Vernon, IN; his daughters, Alesia McNeil (Pete) of Junction, IL and Monica Rigsby (Brian Higgins) of Shawneetown, IL; his brothers, Hershel Welding Patton (Sue) of Ridgway, IL and Benny Lee Patton (Tracy) of Shawneetown, IL.; his grandchildren, Abby McNeil, Tierney Rigsby and Jeremy Rigsby; and his great grandchild Klaire Rigsby. He is also survived by several nieces, cousins, and a wide circle of friends.
