He is survived by: his children, Scotty Fulkerson, Chris Fulkerson, Jacob Fulkerson, Sean Bradly Steele, Bonnita Fulkerson and Erica May; his siblings, David Chamberlain, Danny Randall, Charolette Ford and Mary Pankey; and his nieces and nephews, Wendell Barger, Shannon Randall, Chris Randall, Brandon Randall, Kyle Randall, Joseph Ford and Kendra Ford.
