She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Barger and Bertha Lee Barger (Watkins); her husband Billy Ray Rigsby Sr.; and her siblings, John Barger, Sonny Barger, Jackie Wayne Barger, Mary Lee Buckman, Joann Mungle and Francis Chamberlain.
She is survived by: her children, Leanna Haas (Chuck) of Staunton, IL, Dottie Rigsby of Junction, IL and Billy R. Rigsby Jr. of Old Shawneetown, IL; and her siblings, Donnie K. Berlin (Raymond) of Sidell, IL and Bobby Barger of Atwood, IL. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren.
