She was predeceased by : her parents, John W. Perkins and Margaret Perkins (Coda); her husband Wade H. Chapman Jr.; her siblings, John, David and Iona Morosko; and her daughter-in-law Terry Chapman.

She is survived by : her sons, Michael Chapman (Sharon) of Fremont, CA, Markus Chapman of Neponset, Martin Chapman (Ann) of Annawan, Maurus Chapman (Julie) of Sheffield and John Chapman (Susan) of Annawan. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
