It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brett R. Kull of Shelbyville, Illinois, born in Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on August 28, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Gene and Joyce Ethel Kull (Reel). He is survived by: his sisters, Gloria Fortkamp (Gary) of Effingham, IL and Deanna; his aunt Doris Stremming of Effingham, IL; his nieces, Sara Long (Eric) of Altamont, IL, Gina Vonderheide (Travis) of Shumway, IL, Lisa Shelton (Brian) of Strasburg, IL and Johanna Batson of Shelbyville, IL; and his nephew Bryson Batson of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by four great nieces; four great nephews; and many cousins.

The family would appreciate the wearing of masks and social distancing for the visitation and funeral.
