She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert and Mardelle Goldsmith, Sr. (Harshbarger); her siblings, Robert Goldsmith Jr. and Peggy Ruef; her father-in-law Carl Coventry; her stepfather-in-law John Lambdin; her son-in-law David Johnson; her siblings-in-law, Stephen Baker, Roger Coventry, Lynda Baker and Sherry Cleveland; and her niece Rachel Michelle Dettling.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Coventry (Chuck Fant) of Washington, D. C. and Michelle Coventry Johnson (Aaron Kern) of Shelbyville; her granddaughters, Katelyn Johnson of Shelbyville and Jacqueline Johnson of Shelbyville; her mother-in-law Betty Lambdin of Shelbyville; and her siblings-in-law, Dennis Coventry (Linda) of Meriden, CT, Michael Coventry (Patricia) of Mattoon, Jim Ruef of Trilla, Marilyn Zimmer (Mark) of Olympia, WA, Barb Coventry of Toledo, OH, Carla Dettling (Neil) of Hammond and Sue Eyrse (Leland) of Mattoon. She is also survived by seven nieces and seven nephews.
