He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Eugene and Ruth Joan Geer (Young); his sisters, Karen Askins and Cheryl Geer; and his niece Megan Geer of Strasburg, IL.
He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Mary Storm; his children, Brandon Geer (Shanna) of Shelbyville, IL, Maleah Geer (Rob Burrell) of Shelbyville, IL and Michelle Geer of Mattoon, IL; and his grandchildren, Kaylee, David, Alana, Kylie, Josh, Jack, Miranda and Claressa. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Angel Tree Program or Saving Orphaned Animals, both in Shelbyville, IL.
