He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Dewey and Rena Lilly Lowe (Hagan); his wife Mary Anne Lowe; his son Charles Lowe of January; and his brother John Wesley "Dub" Lowe.
He is survived by: his children, Anne Shull (Dick) of Edwardsville, IL, Mary Lowe of Jackson, TN and Matthew Lowe of Shelbyville, IL; his granddaughters, Heather Hood (Rick) of West Field, IN and Amanda Shull of Moro, IL; and his great grandchildren, Mary Ellen Buecker and Isabelle Hood.
Memorials may be given to the Land of Lincoln Honor Flight and mailed to Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, 415 N. Broadway, Shelbyville, IL 62565.
