She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard "Slim" Snyder and Alice Snyder (Lowe); and her husband Leroy D. Wheat. She is survived by: her sons, Terry Wheat (Nancy) of Shelbyville, IL and Troy Wheat (Leeza) of Terre Haute, IN; her grandchildren, Travis Wheat (Alyssa), Adrienne Wheat, Tyler Wheat, Andrew Wheat and Zachariah Wheat; and her great grandchildren, Delaney, Murphy, Sophie and Sebastian.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Shelbyville Public Library Summer Reading Program.
