He is survived by: his wife Edna Pearl Welton; his children, Ronnie Smith of Shelbyville, IL, Scott Smith (Kate) of Loami, IL, Tammy Giberson (Mike) of Taylorville, IL and Brenda Cook (Les) of Windsor, IL; his sisters, Wilma White of Beecher City, IL and Leta Mae Freeman (Sonny) of Kankakee, IL; his grandchildren, Lacey Franklin (Shawn) of Taylorville, IL, Maverick Welton of Shelbyville, IL, Kayla of Loami, IL, Brittany of Loami, IL and Aiden Smith of Loami, IL; and his great grandchild Dyson Welton.
