We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2025, Michael G. Baumann of Shelbyville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Jean Baumann (Taylor) and Gerald Baumann; and his nephew Nathanial Sarver. He is survived by: his close friend Carol Sarver of Shelbyville, IL; his siblings, Genia Reitzel (Daryl) of Rock Falls, IL, Ladonna Huie (Jim) of Collinsville, IL, Jerry Baumann (Teri) of Fair Grove, MO and Randy Baumann of Vandalia, IL; his siblings-in-law, Kimberly Rueter of Heartville, IL and David Sarver (Tonya) of Shelbyville, IL; and his close friend Sandy Smallhorn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to St. Jude, Saving Orphaned Animals, or Disabled American Veterans.
