She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Park and Iva Park; her husband Philip Lewis; and her sisters, Ramona Rought and Lillian.
She is survived by: her children, Matilda Henline (TC Jr.) of Mt. Orab, OH, Lawrence Lewis (LE) of Westmont, William Lewis (Wendy) of Sheridan and Timothy Lewis (Julie) of Sheridan. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
