He is survived by: his siblings, Karla Johnson, Kevin Burkhart (Vicki), Kimberly Martin, Kathleen Astin (Gary) and Kristi Erickson; and his granddaughter Laurelei Burkhart. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
