He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Roy Hoffman (late Karen); his sibling's children, Michelle Zeko (Don), Dawn Rellinger (Chris) and Scott Hoffman (Dawn); his great-nieces and great-nephews, David Zeko, Aleesha Carlson (Ben), Justin and Abby Rellinger; Harper Carlson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
