He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Arthur A. Kelley; his wife Delores Ann McMasters; his children, Arthur J. Kelley, Donna Marie Kelley-Davis, Dan Kelley (Tammy), Jay Kelley (Sandy) and Julie Nunes (John); his daughters-in-law, Brenda Kelley and Tara Davis; and his siblings, Jim Kelley (Judy), Ruth Ann McCormick, Glenda Allison (Steve) and Bonnie Lindsay. He was also cherished by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
