He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Worthington Budinger; and his brother Richard Budinger. He is survived by: his father Charles Budinger (Agnes); his wife Elizabeth Scott; his children, Molly and Will; his sister-in-law Amy Budinger; his nieces and nephews, Daniel, John and Thomas; his sister-in-law Margaret Izzo (late Todd); his niece Katherine; his nephew Jonathan; his mother-in-law Virginia Scott; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
