He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse Richard Peters and Betty Arlene Herdes; his wife Kathy; his daughters, Jennifer Legg (Josh) of Germantown Hills, IL and Melanie Williams (Matt) of Sherman, IL; his grandchildren, Ethan Hinds, Jenna Legg and Julia Legg; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob Hinds and Ryder Williams; his brothers, Richard and Mark; and his children, David A. Peters, Kate Peters and Heather Wilson.
