He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Joseph Kinsel and Ruth I. Cantrall Kinsel; his wife Maureen C. Doerfler; and his siblings, Janice Kinsel and Martin E. Kinsel.
He is survived by: his son William J. Kinsel (Norma) of Springfield; his granddaughters, Courtney L. Norris (Scott) of Springfield and Kimberly A. Petersen (Michael) of Round Rock, TX; his great grandchildren, Andrew W. Kinsel, McKenna Norris, Macie Norris, Colton Norris, Anjali Petersen, Jonah Petersen and Lilliana Petersen; and his brother David E. Kinsel (Karren) of Punta Gorda, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
