He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddie Marie Reynolds Phillips and George Ray Phillips; his stepfather Walter S. Osgood of Galesburg, IL; his brother George Edward "Ed" Phillips; and his grandparents, Ed H. and Maude Reynolds of McKenzie, TN.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Gretchen E. Reubner Healy (Chris) of Barrington, RI; and his son Tristan.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Staab Funeral Home - Sherman (2626 E Andrew Rd, Sherman, IL 62684). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to your local Salvation Army, Animal Protective League, Central IL Food Bank, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or the American Red Cross.
