It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donnie Ray Waibel of Sherman, Illinois, born in Shelbina, Missouri, who passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurley Ray and Edna B. Waibel (Studer); his son Dennis Ray Waibel; his grandson Cody Waibel; his brother Dwane; and his sister-in-law Shirley Waibel.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Schwarzweller; his children, Denise A. Rycek (Robert) of Kearney, NE, Melinda K. Miller (Chris) of Crete, Bertin C. Waibel (Cindy) of Greenview and Brian K. Waibel (Banjo) of Camden; his daughter-in-law Monica Waibel of Jacksonville Beach, FL; and his sister Sharon Burt (Ron) of Forest Hill, MO. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
