She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pelser and Daisy Ann Pelser (Covington); her spouse Leslie F. Rapp; her son Arthur Gene Rapp; and her siblings, Edward "Eddie" Pelser, Barbara Long, Virginia Hurt, Rosemary Saner and Judith Pelser.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy K. Rapp of Sherman, Betsy Tucker (Joseph) of Greenview and Leslie F. Rapp II of Sherman; her brother Martin Pelser of Springfield; and her grandchildren, Crystal Tucker, Angela Reimann, Brittany Whitman and Joseph Tucker. She is also survived by Thirteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Staab Funeral Home - Sherman (2626 E Andrew Rd, Sherman, IL 62684). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the same location.
