He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Unruh (Rugh) and Robert Unruh; and his grandparents, Irene, Walter Unruh, Lois and George Rugh.
He is survived by: his wife Christine (Sajtar); his siblings, Julie Lichtenberg (Bill), Leanne Morrison (Billy) and Robert Unruh (Danielle); his aunt Wendy Ellor (John); and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Penera and DeeDee Zirfas. He is also survived by 3 sisters-in-law, 5 brothers-in-law and many very special nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews and several cousins.
