She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer J. Tarr and Barbara Sabo Tarr; and her husband Rex W. Rowley. She is survived by: her children, Pam Kink (Louis) of Virginia, IL, Nicole "Nikki" Manning of Key West, FL, Les Seman (Tammy) of Marquette Heights, IL and Pat Seman of Athens, IL; her grandchildren, Amy Kink Boehme, Jared Kink, Shane Seman, Connor Kink, Hallie Kink, Brayden Seman, Ben Seman, Wyatt Manning and Falyn Seman; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Harper and Emmanuel; and her brothers, Jim Tarr (late Susan) of Carbondale, IL and Mike Tarr of Springfield. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
