She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Schumann and Grace Schumann (McIntyre); her husband E. Kent Bacon; and her brother Carl Schumann. She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Smith (Mike) of Bartlett and Barbara Burneson (Scot) of Williamsville; her grandchildren, Jocelyn Gillaspie (David), Hayden Smith, Erin Swami (Angraj), Justin Burneson and Julie Delaney (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Grace Gillaspie, Auden and Harlow Delaney. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made in Marilyn's name to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
