She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Merna and Margaret Merna (Flynn); her husband Patrick E. Kearney; and her siblings, Joseph Merna, Mary Katherine Mellon and Jim Merna.
She is survived by: her sister Helen Kearney of Rockford, IL; and her children, Margie Holly (Dave) of Ballwin, MO, Patrick Kearney (Carol) of Tallahassee, FL, Tim Kearney of Springfield, IL, Rosella Hyland (Dave) of Shawnee, KS, Michael Kearney (Christine) of Durand, WI, Mary Hull (Harry) of Lewisville, TX, Paul Kearney (Dawn) of Rockledge, FL and JoAnn Pederson (Robert) of Cottage Grove, MN. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
