He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Klundt and Vera Klundt (Faatz); his siblings, Marvin, Walter, Victor Klundt and Margaret; and his sister-in-law Judy Klundt.
He is survived by: his wife Margo L. Shy (Friesen) of Sherrard, IL; his children, Kevin Klundt (Ann), Melanie Doudna (Dan) of Grove City, OH, Lynn Coon (Bill) of New Windsor, IL, Karen Bemis of LeClaire, IA and Barbara Carlson of Riverton, WY; his brother Edward Klundt (Linda Meinheit) of Cordova, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Ruth Klundt and Nadine Klundt. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
