He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Hood and Stata Hood (Stallings). He is survived by: his wife Janice Parry; his sons, Steven Hood (Juliane) and Douglas Hood; his grandchildren, Aurora Kay (Jeff), Jared Hood and Connor Hood; and his brothers, Larry Hood (Betty), Rick Hood (Kathy) and Brad Hood (Mindy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
