He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bunt and Viola Bunt (Rhodes); his wife Gale Christopher; and his brothers, Doug Bunt and Robert Hawkins.
He is survived by: his son Tim Bunt (Rebecca) of Shipman; his grandchildren, Annalise and Jillian Bunt; his brothers, Ed Bunt (Cheryl) and Tom Bunt (Rhonda); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Riechmann, Phyllis Hawkins and Bill Davis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shipman Volunteer Fire Department.
