With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carlis Mullins of Shirley, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 9, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Christine Mullins; his parents, John V. Mullins (Deli) and Marie Mullins; and his siblings, Lola Anderson and Donald Mullins.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Mullins; his daughter Sandra Paluch (Daniel); his granddaughter Heather Paluch Ginden; his great grandchild Charlotte Paluch Ginden; and his siblings, Lois Eisinger, Joyce Hall, Louise Greene, Orbie Engel, Estella Tacket, Ann Allen, Johnny Wayne Mullins, Michael Dean Mullins, Eddie Daryl Mullins and Danny Mullins.
