He is survived by: his wife Andrea Page; his siblings, Robert Page (Valerie), Karen Salma (Mark) and William Page (Kimberly); his sister-in-law Jennifer Schmauderer (James); and his nieces and nephews, Kaylee Ortiz (Jeremy), Jacqueline Page, Kevin Capodice, Kyle Capodice (Julia), Hunter Page (Claudia), Nathaniel, Matthew Page, Michael and Jacob Schmauderer.
