She was predeceased by : her parents, Margaret McNeill (Rahtert) and Frank McNeill; her son Robert Jr.; and her siblings, Frank McNeill and Patricia Phelps (Dave).
She is survived by : her husband Robert L. Thomas; her sons, Richard and Ronald; and her granddaughter Kaitlin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
