William M. Kettman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William M. Kettman of Shorewood, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on September 26, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William C. Kettman; his in-laws, Norman and Theresa Wittkofski; his grandparents, Clarence, Julia Kettman, Louis and Rose Fondriest; his uncle Patrick J.; and his aunt Joyce O'Neil.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Kettman; his sons, Timothy of Joliet and Steven (Sarah Riola) of Shorewood; his grandson Ryan; his mother Patricia of Joliet; his siblings, Debbie Cicero (John) of Joliet and Scott (Collette) of Shorewood; his siblings-in-law, Donald (Deborah) and Debra Neidetcher of Joliet; his cousins, Kimberly Golob (Edward) of Lockport and Patrick K. O'Neil (Jennifer) of Lockport; and his close friend Brutus. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews and great-nephews; many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the O'Neil Funeral Home (1105 E 9th St, Lockport, IL 60441). A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Dennis Church (1214 Hamilton St, Lockport, IL 60441).
