The memory of Alberta L. Saegesser of Shumway, Illinois, who passed away on July 29, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Saegesser and Lillian Saegesser (Beals); her siblings, Doris Smith (Raymond) and Mickey Saegesser (Sharon); and her sister-in-law Anne Saegesser.
She is survived by: her siblings, Terry Saegesser and Rick Saegesser; and her cousins, Paul Saegesser, Ruth Saegesser, Mary Saegesser, Nancy Saegesser and Scott Saegesser. She is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shumway United Methodist Church (204 N West St, Shumway, IL 62461). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
