He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wayne Chesnut and Violet Marie Taylor Chesnut; his wife Lisa Chesnut (Johnson); and his siblings, Gene Paul "Dick" Chesnut, Norma Dunkman (Richard) and John Chesnut (Judy).
He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Chesnut (Emily), Jason Chesnut (Tara Dewitt) and Andrew Chesnut (Blair); his brothers, Dean Chesnut (Sandra) and Chuck Chesnut (Denise); his grandchildren, Khloe, Taylor, Weston, Owen, Bristol and Elsie; and his pet Maizie (Yorkie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
