He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaias Ayala and Angela Ayala (Terronez). He is survived by: his close friend Shelly Wirt; and his siblings, Christine Custer (Tom), G. Isaias Ayala, Alesia Cervantes (Robert), Andrea Handel (Larry), Angelo Ayala (Sandra), Annadelia Ayala-Garcia (Jaime) and Amelia Simons (Robert). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Schroder Mortuary - Silvis (701 1st Ave, Silvis, IL 61282). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (800 17th St, Silvis, IL 61282). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at the St Mary's Cemetery (2301 3rd St, East Moline, IL 61244).
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society Russell and Ann Gerdin Hope Lodge in Iowa City.
